Heart Felt Needs Counseling and Caring Center Inc.

Tracy Nalory Fultz, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Christian counselor, and educator who equips individuals and professionals to understand the powerful connection between faith, mental health, and emotional healing. With years of clinical experience and a strong commitment to whole person care, she specializes in helping people restore healthy relationships with God, self, and others.

Her clinical work is grounded in evidence based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma informed care, and Solution Focused Therapy. These approaches allow her to address patterns of thinking, emotional regulation, and behavioral change while honoring the role that faith and spirituality can play in the healing process. Tracy is known for bridging the gap between sound clinical practice and spiritual insight in ways that are ethical, practical, and transformative.

In addition to her clinical training, Tracy has pursued extensive spiritual formation and leadership development. She holds certifications in Inner Healing and Deliverance ministry through Destiny Coaching and has completed specialized training through Breakthrough Coaching in areas related to faith leadership, prophetic ministry, and entrepreneurship. This training has equipped her to guide others in navigating both spiritual and emotional growth with wisdom and discernment. She has also served in leadership with Tribe Ministries, where she contributed to initiatives that focused on spiritual development, community building, and personal transformation.

Tracy is also a writer and creator of faith based resources that support emotional and spiritual growth. She authored the devotional series My Journey Surrender, My Journey Overcoming Fear, and My Journey Solo, which guide readers through seasons of healing, surrender, and navigating singleness with faith and emotional awareness.

She is the founder of The Journaling Hour, a guided community experience that encourages reflection, emotional processing, and spiritual growth through intentional journaling practices. She also publishes the Integrated Care Letter, a newsletter that explores the intersection of mental health, spiritual care, and ethical integration in therapeutic settings.

Tracy’s voice continues to reach broader audiences through guest appearances on podcasts where she has shared insights on grief, relationships, emotional health, and the ethical integration of spirituality and mental health care.

As a speaker and trainer, Tracy brings a unique perspective that combines clinical expertise, spiritual insight, and practical application. Her presentations help audiences understand how faith and mental health can work together to promote deeper healing, stronger relationships, and sustainable personal growth.

She is currently developing new work focused on Healing Connections with God, Self, and Others: Understanding Attachment After Trauma, a project that explores how attachment patterns, spiritual beliefs, and relational experiences influence emotional healing and connection.

Through her clinical work, writing, and teaching, Tracy’s mission is to educate, equip, and inspire others to pursue healing that honors both psychological health and spiritual well being.

Spirituality is already in the therapy room. The question is whether we are prepared to respond to it ethically and competently.
